Work with both .NET and Java Professional services teams, both local and remote (US, Europe, and India).
Help build a culture of QA and security awareness, driving QA focus
Developing Quality Management plans and test strategy for each sprint/release, review test plans and conduct peer reviews of plans & test cases.
Working with Product owners to ensure business requirements are adequate & ensure test cases are developed according to standards for both manual and automated.
Providing test estimates to Scrum Masters, Development leads in preparation of the delivery timelines for Sprint/Release
Update Quality Tools with requirement traceability, test cases, test sets and defects according to QA standards & report status on the QA review report.
Hands on test creation and execution of user stories (Smoke, Functional Integration, Regression testing) and logging defects
Engage Product owners and Development teams in defect resolution & Lead defect review calls.
Drive continuous improvement efforts within the QA organization & Research and evaluate new testing technologies and tools.

4+ years as part of an enterprise software development QA team
Strong knowledge and experience of SDLC processes, including lean & agile practices
Experienced with variety of modern SDLC development tools for test automation, requirements handling, defect tracking, code control, test management, performance testing, etc.
Experience with multiple technology stacks (Java, C#; RDBMS, No-SQL; HTML, AngularJS; SOAP, REST)
Solid experience using most of the QA tools like JIRA, Quality Center, SOAP UI, Postman, Jenkins
Experience of working with end customer.
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
Hands on experience in UI and API testing
Proficient in writing SQL queries and backend verification
Enthusiastic, Outstanding team work, networking and collaboration skills
Good understanding of the test automation processes and concepts.
