Product Line Engines, axles and aftermarket amt assembly. Responsible to plan, organize, lead and control an organization in order to accomplish set goals. Line managers are defined from the leadership point of view, meaning direction of work-assignments, projects, responsibilities and accountabilities. A Line Manager should be responsible for all following examples; Performance management and goal-setting (PBP), Salary review / merit increase, vacation approval, disciplinary actions, staffing of direct reports and responsible for Workplace Safety according to legislation. The Line Manager is Manager of employees and/or consultants. One of the line manager positions is for a 3rd shift. 3rd shift working time is 11pm to 7am.
