Job description

· Enhances team’s effectiveness by providing information management support; representing the TV Platforms PDU to others.

· Supports PDU head and engineering directors with administrative activities such as order management, data updates in HR systems, other data updates & budgeting.

· Maintains PDU head’s appointment schedule by planning and scheduling meetings, conferences, teleconferences, and travel.

Manages action registers and follow-up for director level meetings.

Welcomes guests and customers.

Completes projects by assigning work; following up on results.

Prepares reports by collecting and analyzing information.

Maintains office supplies inventory.

Manages internal culture development & communication plan and organizes communication events (team socials, all hands, webinars, etc.).

Acts as a point of contact for employees and customers interacting with the TV Platforms PDU.
